Free Tai Chi in Exeter

Tom and I are providing some free and interactive Tai Chi sessions in Princesshay over the next few weeks.

It would be great if people could come and join in. The aim of these sessions is to encourage members of the public to join in and have a go at some Tai Chi exercises. We'll also be demonstrating the Broad Sword and Gwan Dao forms too.

The dates are all Saturdays:
17th July
24th July
31st July
7th August

Two sessions each day:
11.00am-12.00noon
2.00pm-3.00pm

Princesshay (in front of Debenhams)

Class Update - Holiday

Hi everyone,

There will be no class on Tuesday 13th July as Tom and I are off to France for a few days. We'll be back for the usual class on Thursday 15th July. Helen
